Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using LifeSpike ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("LifeSpike Pro") that provide access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial fitness purposes, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content or code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any subscription or access restrictions

Health Disclaimer

The App provides general fitness information and workout guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. You use the App and perform exercises at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including text, images, graphics, exercise data, and software — is owned by LifeSpike and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeSpike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
